I will try to give an overview of email marketing on this topic and try to get the details from the next episode.
What is Email Marketing:
Email Marketing is Cold Mailing by Lead / Email Collection. Cold Mailing may seem a bit difficult but if you read the next episodes it will be much clearer. And all the episodes will be with this email collection. Email Marketing and Lead Marketing are basically the same thing as I have chosen email so I will call it email marketing and not lead generation.
Email Marketing
Showcasing an item or administration through email is by and large called Email Marketing, however the field is immense. Email showcasing is the method involved with introducing an item to a client through an organized article or content, making them keen on buying that item.It is feasible to create a gain by sending savvy messages.
Email showcasing should ordinarily be possible in three stages
- Email Template
- Email Collection
- Email Delivery
- Email Template
First you want to make an email format for Email Marketing. For this situation, you want to remember that the item you expound on in your email will resemble. In view of that, you need to make great articles or content by picking delightful words which will make the client keen on the item. Also a decent responsive email layout to help.
Why we should Learn Email Marketing:
Email marketing can often be used for B2B products, any product (physical / downloadable) or for your own clients. The lead for the local shop can be a mobile number or a physical address without email. So this email marketing thing is very important to get your client / customer.
Email Marketing Overview
Email marketing is one of the most effective marketing digital marketing, which can deliver the product to your narrow level customer.
Leads: Leads will vary depending on your service or product, such as email, mobile number, physical address, etc. However, the main purpose of these is to reach Narrow Audience / Potential Customers. This Lead is called Prospect in the language of marketing.
Opt-in: A form is created on a website where the customer is given the option to sign up to receive various offers, coupons, ebooks, gifts, etc. If someone signs up by email, he will receive the gift, and you will get a lead.
Double Opt-in: Opt-in is only a double opt-in, here the subscriber has to verify with his email. Some just keep Single Opt-in and some keep Double Opt-in. In the case of in, there is a list of tested real customers. Because in the case of Single Opt-in, anyone can sign up with any email. Real and potential customer emails are available. However, in case of Double Opt-in less number of leads can be collected.
Bounce Rate:
You run an email campaign, but if your email doesn't serve well, it's called a bounce.
If you send 100 emails out of which 7 emails are not served properly then bounce rate will be (÷ ÷ 100) × 100% = 8%
(Best if this rate is below 5%)
Bounce again three types.
1. Hard Bounce: This kind of bounce is called hard bounce, as if this email is not valid, or as Gmail does, it throws the email into spam.
2. Soft Bounce: In case of any technical / short term issue such as Gmail storage issue / Business Email, any server related issues which are solved in a short time, due to which the bounce is called soft bounce.
Open Rate: It would also be helpful to understand this mathematically, for example, if you send an email at 100, all emails have been served without a bounce, but not all of the 100 customers have opened the email, 85 have.
Then Open Rate,
(85 ÷ 100) × 100% = 85%
Clicks Per Open:
Its mathematical calculation would be tick,
85 people opened but 17 people clicked on the button in your email,
Clicks Per Open Rate,
(16 ÷ 85) 100% = 20%
CTR: A very important term of marketing, its full form is Clickthrough Rate.
For example, if you run an ad campaign to download the app from the app store, which has reached 1000 people, that is, the impression is 1000, but only 15 people went to the app store by creating the ad link, then this 15 is the click.
(15 ÷ 1000) × 100% = 1.5%
Subscribers: Those who are yours Those who fill up the opt-in / sign up form are called subscribers
Bulk Email: When many e-mails are collected or purchased together, such as 5000/1000 emails, then these e-mails together are called Bulk Email.
Bulk Email
When many e-mails are collected or purchased together, such as 5000/1000 emails, then these e-mails together are called Bulk Email.
Incentive: As I said before, customers are tempted to sign up by offering offers, coupons or ebooks for free. This gift is called Incentive in the language of marketing.
ICP: Its full form is Ideal Customer Profile. This means that if you provide a website building service for a restaurant, now you have left the campaign to a restaurant lead. But here you have no profit by sending emails to any restaurant related lead. Think about who you send email to, you will be more likely to get the job. Of course, the waiter does not have the ability to make any decision. So you have to send the email to either the manager or the owner. There will be more possibilities. This lead can be called the ideal customer profile if the email is sent to the owner or manager without choosing the waiter's email.
Web Research: Go to the website by typing restaurant on Google / yelp, go to the website and find out the email of the manager or owner, name is called web research.
Mining: A very advanced term of mining is data mining which we will discuss in the next section. Karake is called mining.
